Rahul Sawale is the Company Secretary of our Company. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Santosh Laxman Parab

Santosh Parab, is a commerce graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has also done diploma in IFRS (DiplFR) with AACA, UK.

He possesses over three decades of experience in accounting, financial and tax management. His areas of expertise are Global Strategic Financial Analysis & Planning, P & L Ownership and Management, Budgeting and forecasting cash flow, Merger & Acquisition, J.V Alliances, Financial, Legal and ethics Compliance, Valuation of ethics & strategic analysis.

In addition to his duties as an employee, he is a member of several committees. A member of the International Valuation Standards Council, he is also affiliated with a listed company as an Independent Director. Recently, nominated as an active member of the University of Mumbai Senate.
