Bake Magic®

An antimicrobial blend that prevents the growth of bacterial and mold for an extended period compared to other traditional preservatives. It is effective at low doses. Your product’s flavor profile remains unchanged. It gives excellent solubility and desired dispersion in water and milk. Dosage: 0.34% on batter basis i.e. 3.4 gms of Bake Magic in 1 kg of batter Application: Cakes and Muffins
