PET FOOD

Pets play significant roles in people’s lives. As pets cannot verbally express their concerns, pet owners do everything to give them the best possible care. And ‘care’ begins with good nourishment that makes CFS more emotional about their food needs.

Pet foods and their ingredients by their very nature are perishable and prone to oxidation. Storing them on the shelf for an extended period of time has negative effects on their flavour, aroma, texture and nutrients. Because trends in pet food are closely aligned to those in human food, natural shelf life solutions are preferred by certain manufacturers other than traditional antioxidants.

Antac BHT

Xtendra Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT) is an antioxidant having properties similar to BHA. In fact, BHT provides good synergistic antioxidant performance when used in combination with BHA. It comes with Kosher Pareve certification.

Available in both food and feed grade

Food Applications: Baked goods, animal fats, base for chewing gums, wax for packaging material, dairy products and essential oils.

Antac Plus A-24EF

Propical Powder

Propical is a fungal inhibitor used for the conservation of the nutritional balance of feed. It’s a coadjuvant for the prevention or treatment of ketosis and hypoglycaemia in dairy cattle.

Checkmold 20 is a fungal inhibitor used for the conservation of the nutritional balance of feed.

Dresbond AC

DRESBOND AC is a pellet binder designed for the manufacturing of feed for fishes, shrimps and birds. The temperature used in the process causes it to polymerize, forming fibers in solid reticular arrangement that remain firm keeping feed particles together. The evaluation on the use of pellet binders in feed is done using durable meter.

Its function is to simulate storage, handling and transport, and with this we can know the durability index of the pellet.

Applications: Feed for fish and shrimp, poultry, pigs, rabbits, and other livestock

Dresbond SG

Dresbond SG is a binder used for pelleting or extruded balanced feed for the consumption of various farm animals and also in pet food. It helps to improve the hydro-stability and performance of the food.

Topsil

The presence of Mycotoxins in food gives rise to metabolic disorders ranging from a decline in production, diseases that can be sub-clinical or clinical or even result in death.

To reduce the effects, additives such as SEQUESTER mycotoxins are used, considering its size and polarity.

Topsil has chemical additives that can adsorb mycotoxins of lower polarity and highersize such as aflatoxin B1, zearalenone, ochratoxin A, fumonisin B1 and trichothecenes. Laminar and polar modification of zeolites by cation exchange, are the most important properties of TOPSIL for adsorption of these mycotoxins.

Application: Feed for birds, cattle, pigs, pets (dogs and cats) and in extruded or pelletized foods

Glucosil

Glucosil is a product with characteristics similar to organoaluminosilicates. It is due to the lamellar structure of the zeolites composing its base which is modified by compounds Beta Glucomannans (cell walls) to boost their adsorption.

It is these ß-Glucomannans that enhance the main function of the product, achieving a immunostimulating effect (eliminating noxious flora) and hepatoprotection (aid in adsorption of proteins) that promote the development of any animal species in the presence of mycotoxins such as aflatoxin B1, zearalenone, ochratoxin A, Vomitoxin, Fumonisin B1, DON, T2, among others found in grains or balanced feed.

Application: Grains and balanced feed for birds, cattle, pigs, mascostas (dogs and cats) as well as in pelleted or extruded foods
