Power Of Vertical Integration As a leading global producer of antioxidants and vanillin, what makes us, Camlin Fine Sciences, unique is the extent to which we are vertically integrated. Our plant in Ravenna, one of Italy’s largest chemical districts, produces the basic raw material hydroquinone and catechol. Our vertical integration capability then translates it into a wide range of downstream products like TBHQ, BHA, 4-TBC, Guaiacol, etc. Catering to industries as diverse as food, fragrance, pet food, animal nutrition, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals. polymer and biodiesel, to name a few.

Not surprisingly, we have grown to become the leading integrated manufacturer of the most preferred traditional food antioxidants available After all, we have everything we need to offer our customers innovative solutions – right from basic raw ingredients to their intermediates and derivatives which either directly form end products or are then used to formulate blends.

APPLICATION LABORATORIES

Considering cultures and food eating habits vary with region we had to pay close attention to understanding and developing localized solutions..

 So, we set up our applications laboratories in different parts of the world to cater to local needs. Our knowledge pool along with our capabilities paved the way for solutions that meet our customers’ everyday challenges. To add to that, we also invite customers to conduct collaborative application projects to support their product designs for high value and efficient shelf life solutions and nostalgia inspired aroma formulations.

Product development of shelf life solutions – food, pet food, animal nutrition, biodiesel, rendering and biodiesel.

Oxidative stability testing of oils/fats/lipids/food samples with the latest instruments.

Residue analysis of mould inhibitors, and/or bactericides, organic acids determination on products.

Development of food applications and evaluations for providing technical support to customers in terms of dosage, method of use, processing benefits, testing know-how and evaluation of shelf life solutions.
