Strategic Priorities (AMEA) for FY2026-27
These priorities are further reinforced by a pipeline of high-potential initiatives entering FY2026–27: the development of Xtendra® 360 a next-generation complete oil protection & saving solution, purpose-built for the snack-food and QSR industries-underscores the region's commitment to innovation-led differentiation in high-growth application segments. Alongside this, expansion into flavouring systems for seasonings broadens the portfolio's reach into adjacent, value-accretive categories, while a dedicated supply chain resilience programme addresses geopolitical sourcing constraints encountered in 2026-ensuring consistent product availability and reinforcing the region's ability to serve high-demand segments with reliability and agility.

“Delivering Growth Through Speciality Solutions Across the Americas”
The Americas region – spanning Mexico, LATAM, Brazil and North America – demonstrated resilience and strategic progress during FY2025-26. Mexico emerged as a key growth engine, Brazil delivered strong volume expansion and North America strengthened its clean-label positioning, even as certain sub markets navigated uneven demand conditions.

Across the Americas, the Food segment continued its shift towards higher-value, performance-oriented offerings. In Mexico and LATAM,

underpinned by growing customer preference for performance-oriented strong momentum was achieved across emulsifiers, natural antioxidants and specialty platforms including Xtendra®, Ezential®, NaSure® and Vinpai. In Brazil, the Xtendra® and NaSure® portfolios drove volume growth, while the Ezential® platform deepened market penetration. In North America, the accelerating transition away from BHA/BHT antioxidants strengthened demand for the NaSure® clean-label portfolio, while Vinpai’s integration under the Ezential® platform expanded functional ingredient capabilities.
Animal Nutrition
Across the region, Animal Nutrition delivered resilient and profitable performance blends and functional nutrition solutions. In Brazil,

the segment focussed on higher-margin categories and saw encouraging demand in the Petfood segment. In North America, sustained demand for advanced feed performance solutions and the expanding VitaforTM portfolio strengthened the commercial pipeline. Across Mexico and LATAM, growth was driven by performance nutrition, toxin management, gut health and VitaforTM-led solutions.

of blended solutions and stronger account relationships. The segment continues to strengthen its strategic position through application innovation and scale-led advantages, laying the groundwork for sustained growth entering FY2026-27.
Strategic Priorities (Americas) for FY2026-27
EUROPE REGION
In June 2024, Camlin Fine Sciences (CFS) through its wholly owned subsidiary Dresen Química (CFS Mexico) acquired 100% stake in VitaforTM Invest NV, Belgium. The acquisition strengthened our Animal Nutrition platform by integrating VitaforTM‘s assets, technology and domain expertise, enhancing our capabilities across shelf-life extension, feed safety and animal performance across the value chain from feed-to-farm.
A key highlight is the liquid drinking water supplement range, built on proprietary technology, which has delivered robust growth over three consecutive years. VitaforTM has achieved a well diversified geographic footprint across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas and Africa. The portfolio is built on natural, GMP-compliant formulations incorporating essential oils, plant extracts, amino acids and vitamins.
