Regional Business Manager

Coverage – Tamilnadu and Kerala

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate – preferably from Life Sciences stream.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Should have sound knowledge of computer.
  • More than 5 years of experience in establishing business of Animal Feed Additives.
  • Experience in distribution and sub-dealer management.
  • Understanding of feed supplement Application (Liquid) in Animal Feed.
  • Should be ready to travel as per business requirements.

  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good at explaining relevant value proposition.
  • Ability to understand, create opportunities for sales.

  • Should have good knowledge about territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • To implement all business strategies and marketing initiatives effectively to generate business opportunities.
  • To achieve business targets with targeted clients and within stipulated timelines.
  • Effective organization penetration of products in region.
  • Handle distribution network.
  • Responsible for generating sales in key accounts in region with thorough idea of key accounts in terms of hierarchy, influencing factors and internal ambiance.   
  • Monitoring market trends for different product line and competitor information, activity and strategy.
  • Manage key accounts at decision making level, at purchase and at product user level
  • Expertise in handling product trials, laboratory services for product promotion.
  • Ability to penetrate product at farm, feed-mills and key accounts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and working norms without any compromise.
