ANTAC TBHQ is one of the most widely used antioxidants, offered by Camlin Fine Sciences in various forms – food grade, technical grade, powder and also as liquid formulations – Kosher Pareve certified. Lipid oxidation significantly impacts the flavor, odor and color of oil or fat or food containing them. The addition of an antioxidant stops the chain reaction of oxidation and actually makes it taste better for longer. Application: Refined vegetable oils, fried products (snacks and snacks), vegetable and animal fats.
