Xtendra 47 is an antioxidant shelf life solution designed for fried foods like instant noodles and pasta. This shelf life solution is a synergistic combination of vitamins Ascorbyl palmitate and natural mixed tocopherols. The intention being to replenish the frying oil with its levels of natural antioxidants-mixed tocopherols.
