Xtendra TBHQ (Tertiary Butyl Hydroquinone) is one of the most widely used antioxidants, offered by CFS in various forms – food grade, technical grade, powder and also as liquid formulations.
It is one of the most effective antioxidants for oils and fats, especially vegetable oils, and provides excellent carrythrough properties in frying applications.
Synergistic combinations with BHA give improved performance in bakery applications.
