Xtendra BHA
Xtendra BHA is one of the traditional antioxidants offered by us. CFS holds a process patent for manufacturing it. One of the preferred antioxidants for animal fats, Xtendra BHA is sometimes used in synergistic combination with other traditional antioxidants. BHA has good carry through potency in animal fats and in baked foods. It is volatile and steam distillable and hence useful for addition to packaging materials.

Overheating or overusing a frying oil leads to formation of rancid-tasting products and other unintended, toxic compounds. Monitoring the duration of frying and replacing the frying oil after each use is necessary to maintain the quality of frying and the fried food. However, these are sometimes not feasible or economically viable for a commercial operation. Hence, natural products are used for protecting the frying oil and the fried food. NaSure 17 is a natural shelf life solutions blend of rosemary extract characterised by low flavour and low colour profile.
Curcumin Range
Curcumin an active ingredient extracted from dried turmeric rzhizomes (which is used as spice in raw forms in various food applications). A natural antioxidant with anti-stress activity, it is used in wellness and food applications. The water soluble curcumin can be used as an adjunct in various food preparations, beverages (functional beverages) and as natural colour in the food and pharma industry.
